Yes, it does exist here as well. I believe that this summer will once again have a strain of a/c units breaking down. People being told by the a/c companies the various reasons why it continually breaks down, not mentioning the assumption that it could possibly be Chinese Drywall. Especially if the home is new! Built in 2006! This should not be happening!!!

Chinese Drywall has been documented here in Crestview Florida! Looking for all who have experienced the same symptoms. The first indication is your a/c unit will continue to fail. The coil visually appears black. It's normal color should be copper, like the color of a new penny, especially in a home that was built in 2006! Then other things start breaking down like the microwave, t.v., etc. Some houses the rotten egg smell is not aparant. But feeling sick is a symptom on a daily basis. Not to mention the respiratory ailments that start coming up.
